ANNUAL STOCKDOG TRIALS IN NORTH AMERICAThere are a growing number of trials in the North America that are held at the same time, in the same place every year. This page is an attempt to put together a list of these trials with a description of them that will hopefully aid potential spectators and competitors alike in determining which they would like to go to. A similar collection has been put together for the U.K. and is contained in the book A Guide to Sheepdog Trials in Britain and Ireland Available in the U.S. through Diamond Farm Book Publishers. Classes are abbreviated as follows: O - open, OR - Open Ranch, PN - Pro-novice, N - Novice, NU - Nursery, R- Ranch, B - Brace, NB - Novice Brace. There is also a description of the classes.
