- To expose owners to different activities in the hope they can become/remain active with their dogs.
- To hold two herding clinics per year, one in Ohio and one in Pennsylvania.
- To offer Technical suport to any Border Collie owner in need.
- To offer technical support to all puppy buyers. Breeders who are members will be asked to hand out a copy of our newsletter Around The Border to every puppy buyer.
- To form a network of information on our breed and to share that information with our members and the public at large, where and when we are able.
- To hold a meeting of the officers at least once per year, and when the need arises.
